CRAFTING THE WORLD’S FIRST LOOK AT FERRARI HYPERSAIL
My role in this project:
Responsible for all content and visuals, from development through production and distribution, both for digital & media as well as for the physical event during Milan Design Week.
Key Learnings:
How to show something that doesn’t yet exist!
Ferrari Hypersail’s look was unveiled to the public before the boat was even close to being done, which required an extraordinary effort on the content side to portray something unprecedented and that didn’t yet exist.
WHAT IS FERRARI HYPERSAIL?
Ferrari Hypersail is Ferrari’s new large-scale racing project: like Formula 1 or the Endurance Racing Team, Hypersail represents Ferrari’s ambition for speed and thirst for challenges.
It is a 100ft (30 meter) prototype foiling sailboat that is being built to break speed records in the oceans around the globe.
The speed-machine combines automotive technology with nautical expertise to create a sailboat unlike anything that has existed before.
For this launch I created
4 visual communication streams:
1) CGI ASSETS (Video & Stills)
I led the development and production of the primary launch assets: an extraordinary CGI video and CGI beauty shots, a first for the nautical world.
Leading the production for Ferrari of this unique launch video and images required a very clear idea of the story to tell and of the overall communication goal, as well as alignment with multiple stakeholders (technical office, design office, sponsors).

2) SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN & PRESS MATERIALS
I lead the development and production of campaign assets for an integrated social media campaign and all assets for media distribution, such as the YouTube deep dive video on the Livery with Ferrari’s Head Designer and a number of different pieces of content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

3) HYPERSAIL WEBSITE
For the launch we needed a premium landing page with all necessary information: I lead the development of a continuous 3D scroll animation with technical deep dives and a number of explanatory pieces of content.

4) REAL-LIVE EVENT
I led the production of a physical expo for the event held during Design Week in Milan in April 2026, at Ferrari’s Flagship Store behind the Duomo.
For this we created a visual and tactile exposition, inside and outside of the Ferrari Store:
From the outside, a 1:1 scale video installation of the boat made it look like the boat was passing behind the store windows.
On the inside, we set up a tactile exposition with materials and paint samples, select photographs and explanatory panels.
